Car bookings made through Travel Chattogram are facilitated on behalf of third-party car rental partners. By making a reservation, you agree to follow all terms, conditions, and usage rules set by the respective rental provider. Travel Chattogram is not liable for vehicle condition, driver behavior, delays, or service disruptions caused by the rental partners.

Travel Chattogram applies a single, uniform cancellation and refund policy for all bookings made through our website (hotel and car bookings). This policy applies to every customer and does not vary by service provider.
General Rules
• Platform & Convenience Fees: Platform fees and any convenience charges are non refundable under all circumstances.
• Refund Method & Timing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 7–10 working days from the date the refund is approved. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
• No Provider Exceptions: Travel Chattogram’s cancellation and refund policy is applied uniformly and does not defer to individual hotel or car rental provider policies.
Hotel Bookings
• Cancellation more than 72 hours before scheduled check-in: Full refund of the booking amount (less any non-refundable platform/convenience fees).
• Cancellation more than 48 hours of scheduled check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount (less platform/convenience fees).
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled check-in: Non-refundable — no refund will be provided.
• Special Occasions / Peak Season (e.g., public holidays, festival periods): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations inside that 7-day window during special occasions are non refundable.
Car Bookings
• Cancellation more than 72 hours before scheduled pickup/time of rental: Full refund of the rental amount (less any non-refundable platform/convenience fees).
• Cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled pickup/time of rental, or no-show: No refund will be issued.
• Bookings made less than 72 hours before scheduled pickup/time of rental: Non refundable — no refund will be issued.
• Modifications: Any request to modify pickup/drop-off dates or times may be treated as a cancellation and new booking; such modifications are subject to the same refund rules above.
Date Changes & Early Returns
• Date changes are not permitted. To change dates you must cancel the original booking (subject to the policy above) and make a new booking.
• Early return of a vehicle or early checkout from a hotel does not entitle you to a refund for unused days or nights unless Travel Chattogram authorises otherwise in writing.
Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances
• In cases of national emergencies, political unrest, natural disasters, government imposed travel restrictions, or similar events that directly prevent travel, Travel Chattogram will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Any deviation from the standard policy will be at Travel Chattogram’s sole discretion and communicated in writing.
7. Liability Limitations
Travel Chattogram is not responsible for:
• Service quality, cleanliness, maintenance, or conduct of hotels and rental partners.
• Accidents, delays, damages, or losses during hotel stays or vehicle use.
Users agree to settle all such matters directly with the service provider.
